2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the Caesar dressing. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

    Lay the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or a flat surface. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      Assemble the Flatbreads: Divide the seasoned chicken evenly over each flatbread. Layer on the chopped Romaine lettuce, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes.

        Drizzle with Dressing: Drizzle the remaining Caesar dressing over the toppings, then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and optional croutons for added crunch.
