1 lb chicken breast, diced

1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (16 oz) salsa (your favorite kind)

1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups chicken broth

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Prepare Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the diced chicken until cooked through and lightly browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

        Add Broth: Pour in the chicken broth and mix until everything is well combined.
