Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs until they are frothy.

Dip each chicken breast first into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then coat them in the Parmesan breadcrumbs mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.

Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over each piece to help with browning.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

To ensure the chicken is fully cooked, the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
