Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and some chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top of the mixture.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brush a little olive oil on the skillet.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your skillet.

Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing them in half.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a wooden board or a platter. Garnish with some extra sun-dried tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh parsley to add a pop of color. You can also serve with a side of marinara or ranch dip for extra flavor!
