Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the spinach leaves and sauté for about 2 minutes until wilted.

Remove the skillet from heat and let the spinach cool slightly. Then, incorporate it into the chicken and cheese mixture, along with the halved cherry tomatoes. Stir until combined.

Place a large flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll the bottom up tightly to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Wipe the skillet clean and return it to medium heat. Place each wrap seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing diagonally.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a wooden board with a side of dipping sauce, such as ranch or honey mustard, and arrange some extra cherry tomatoes and parsley around for a pop of color.
