Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding.

Make the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded chicken, fresh spinach leaves, and diced tomato.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to tightly enclose the filling. Repeat this process for all tortillas.

Toast the Wraps: Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat. Lightly grease it with a little olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
