2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup sliced black olives

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, coating them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice golden-brown marks. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then slice it thinly.

      Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
