Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortilla wraps

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

Make the Cheesy Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, minced garlic, softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla wrap on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the cheesy chicken mixture down the center of the wrap. Top with fresh spinach leaves and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet used for the chicken, place the wraps seam-side down. Cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice in half, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salsa.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps
