2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or a herb mix)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, creating a line down the center of each.

      Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes for added freshness and flavor.

        Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.

          Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side, until crispy and cheese is melty.

            Remove from the skillet and allow to cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm, optionally with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
