Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

3/4 cup milk

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)

2 cloves garlic, minced (for flavoring butter)

Extra cheese for stuffing (optional, use any cheese you like)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.

Add Butter: Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Combine with Milk: Pour in the milk and mix until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix the dough.

Fold in Cheeses and Parsley: Gently fold in the mozzarella, cheddar, and chopped parsley until evenly distributed.

Form Biscuit Bombs: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough into your hands. Flatten it slightly, then place a small piece of extra cheese (optional) in the center. Enclose the cheese by folding the dough over it and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic.

Bake Biscuit Bombs: Place the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Brush the tops of the biscuits generously with the garlic butter.

Bake Until Golden: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown on top and cooked through.

Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and brush again with any remaining garlic butter. Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm.
