Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, baguette slices, or veggie sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.

Top the dip with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or veggie sticks for dipping.
