Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain excess grease, if necessary, then season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined, then remove from heat.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching them together to seal the bombs tightly.

Place the sealed biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam-side down.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes for an extra kick!
