Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Garlic: Add the butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing it gently to coat in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
