6 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled

¼ cup green onions, finely chopped

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

    Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.

      Spread a generous layer of the cheese and bacon mixture on one side of the tortilla, leaving about an inch border along the edges.

        Starting from the edge with the filling, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Make sure to roll it as snugly as possible without squeezing out the filling.

          Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

            Once all roll-ups are made, you can either slice them into bite-sized pieces or leave them whole.
