2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk

1 medium apple, peeled and diced

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for pie crust flavor)

Whipped cream (for topping)
