Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.

Carefully butterfly the lobster tails by placing them belly-up on a cutting board. Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the shell, stopping just before the tail end. Gently pry the shell apart to expose the meat while keeping it attached at the base.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be your flavorful marinade.

Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Place the butterflied lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

After the first side is cooked, carefully flip them over to meat side down and brush again with the garlic butter mixture. Grill for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly charred.

Remove from the grill, drizzle with leftover butter mixture, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side for added zest. Enjoy your delightful grilled lobster tails!
