Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Seasoning: In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.

Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque.

Buffalo Toss: Remove the skillet from the heat and immediately add the buffalo sauce to the shrimp. Toss to ensure all shrimp are well coated in the sauce.

Assemble the Wraps: On a serving platter, place the lettuce leaves. Spoon a few buffalo shrimp onto each leaf, followed by shredded carrots.

Drizzle Dressing: Drizzle blue cheese or ranch dressing over the top of each shrimp-filled lettuce wrap.

Garnish: Sprinkle fresh cilantro or parsley on top for added color and flavor.

Serve: Serve the wraps immediately while the shrimp are warm.
