2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup ranch dressing

2 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Tortilla chips or pita chips for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is well-coated. Adjust the sauce based on your spice preference.

    In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and ranch dressing until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.
