Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (or vegetable oil)

Graham crackers or apple slices, for dipping

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter dip, allowing it to somewhat cascade down the sides. Alternatively, you can mix the chocolate into the dip if you prefer a uniform flavor throughout.

Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up and allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve chilled with graham crackers or fresh apple slices for dipping. Enjoy!
