4 slices of sourdough bread

4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced

4 strips of cooked bacon, chopped

1/3 cup fresh blackberries

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
 

Start by preheating a skillet over medium heat.

    In a small bowl, mash the blackberries with a fork until slightly chunky. Stir in the honey and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

      Take two slices of sourdough bread and spread a layer of the blackberry mixture on one side of each slice.
