Ingredients
  

8 oz. elbow macaroni or any pasta of your choice

6 oz. cooked bacon, chopped

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

1/4 cup crispy fried onions (for topping)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine lettuce, and sliced green onions. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is well-coated.

        Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

          Serve: Before serving, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and top with crispy fried onions for added crunch. Serve cold or at room temperature.
