1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Olive oil for brushing

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a 1/4-inch thick round using your hands or a rolling pin.

      Place each flattened biscuit onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

        Using a spoon, scoop about one tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each biscuit round.

          Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, ensuring it covers the sauce completely.

            Distribute mini pepperoni over the cheese, according to your preference.

              Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly across the tops of the pizza minis.

                Lightly brush the edges of each biscuit with olive oil for a golden finish.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.

                    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve warm.
