Ingredients

1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Original Biscuit Dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Stuff the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.

Add Cheese Filling: Place about a tablespoon of cream cheese and a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Seal the Bombs: Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to enclose it, pinching the seams together to create a sealed ball.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Dip each stuffed biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, coating them thoroughly, then place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Bake the biscuit bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Finishing Touch: Remove the biscuit bombs from the oven and brush them with any remaining garlic butter.

Garnish: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top for an extra touch of flavor and color.

Serve: Serve warm and enjoy the melty, gooey goodness!
