Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

8 small slider buns

4 slices American cheese, cut in half

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

1/4 cup finely chopped pickles

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Patties: In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into slider-sized patties, slightly larger than the buns as they will shrink during cooking.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties and add a half slice of American cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked through.

Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly on the skillet or griddle until golden brown.

Assemble the Burgers: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Layer each with shredded lettuce, a cheeseburger patty, a dollop of mustard, a spoonful of ketchup, and some chopped pickles. Top with finely chopped onions if desired, then place the top half of the bun.

Serve: Place the assembled Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers on a serving platter. These can be served with extra pickles on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4-8 sliders (depending on appetite)
