Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burgers, about 1/2 inch thick.

Grill the Burgers: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place shredded cheddar cheese on top of each burger to melt.

Prepare the Wraps: While the burgers are cooking, lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on each tortilla.

Assemble the Wraps: Once the burgers are done, place a cheeseburger in the center of each tortilla. Top the burgers with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickles.

Wrap and Grill: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Lightly brush the wraps with oil and place seam-side down on the preheated grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the wraps are crispy and golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the grill, slice in half, and serve immediately with extra ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the grilled wraps on a platter and garnish with a few extra pickle slices and cherry tomatoes for a pop of color. Serve with crispy potato chips or a side salad for a complete meal!
