Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 cup canned diced green chilies, drained

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tbsp melted butter

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheeses: Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese until well incorporated.

Incorporate Jalapeños and Chilies: Gently fold in the diced jalapeños, green chilies, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Assemble in Baking Dish: Transfer the dip mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish or a similarly sized oven-safe dish. Spread it evenly and top with the panko mixture.

Bake the Dip: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
