Ingredients

4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin on

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.

Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Once marinated, bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your preference.

If desired, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes to give it a gorgeous golden top.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and freshly chopped parsley.
