Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from heat.

While the patties are cooking, prepare the slider buns. Brush the melted butter on the cut sides of each bun, then place them cut side up on a baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each bun, then place a cooked slider patty on top of each mustard-coated bun.

Cover each patty with the top half of the bun. (Optional: For extra cheesy goodness, you can add a little more cheddar on top of the patties before placing the bun on top.)

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove sliders from the oven and let them rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve sliders on a platter, arranged neatly with a small bowl of extra Dijon mustard on the side for dipping. Perfect for parties or game day!
