Ingredients

8 ounces linguine or spaghetti

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce. Adjust spice level by adding more sriracha if desired. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Reduce heat to low and add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour the bang bang sauce over the pasta. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach your desired sauce consistency.

Once combined, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute for flavors to meld.

Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro for freshness.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Plate the pasta in shallow bowls and drizzle a little extra bang bang sauce on top. Add a wedge of lime on the side for an extra zesty touch.
