1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup Nutella (or any chocolate hazelnut spread)

4 slices of thick toast or brioche bread

1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for toasting)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

A pinch of sea salt (for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Toast the Bread: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the slices of bread and toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Spread Nutella: Take each slice of toasted bread and spread a generous layer of Nutella on one side.

      Layer Bananas and Strawberries: On two of the slices, layer the banana slices evenly, and on the other two slices, layer the strawberry slices.
