2 ripe bananas

2 cups whole milk (or dairy-free milk)

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled shake)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into pieces. Place them in a blender.

    Add the whole milk to the blender along with the cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
