4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed

1 lemon, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Salt and pepper to taste

Zest of 1 lemon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Tear off four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long each, and lay them out flat on your work surface.

      In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

        Place one salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil. Drizzle a tablespoon of the lemon garlic sauce over each fillet.

          Arrange a handful of asparagus spears next to each salmon fillet on the foil. Drizzle the remaining lemon garlic sauce evenly over the asparagus.

            Top each salmon fillet with a couple of lemon slices for added flavor and garnish.

              Bring the sides of the foil up and fold them over to create a sealed packet, ensuring that no gaps are left for steam to escape.

                Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
