Ingredients

12 slider buns (soft Hawaiian or potato buns)

1 pound deli ham, thinly sliced

12 slices of Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer the sliced ham evenly over the bottom halves of the buns, followed by a layer of Swiss cheese.

Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.

Pour the butter mixture evenly over the assembled sliders, ensuring all tops are well-coated.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sliders are golden and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy the melty goodness!
