Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 strips of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cooked macaroni pasta

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

½ cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Mac 'n' Cheese: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the cooked macaroni pasta, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped bacon. Set aside.

Cook the Burger Patties: In a skillet over medium-high heat, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form it into burger patties (about 4) and cook in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with the remaining cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt.

Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a handful of fresh spinach in the middle, followed by a burger patty, a generous scoop of the bacon mac 'n' cheese, and diced tomatoes.

Wrap it Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling, creating a burrito-like wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Toast the Wraps (Optional): Place the assembled wraps back on the skillet over medium heat, seam side down. Toast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with hot sauce on the side if desired.
