Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Fold in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Lay out one flour tortilla on a flat surface and spread a generous layer of the bacon-cheddar-ranch mixture over the entire tortilla, ensuring even coverage.

Starting from one end of the tortilla, tightly roll it up into a log shape. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up (or up to 2 hours for best results).

Once chilled, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator and unwrap the plastic. Using a sharp knife, slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 24 pinwheels.

Presentation Tips: Serve the pinwheels on a colorful platter with a small bowl of extra ranch dressing for dipping.
