1.5 lbs Australian Wagyu flank steak

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Juice of 1 lemon

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Prep the Steak: Start by removing the wagyu flank steak from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This will help it cook more evenly.

    Season the Steak: In a small bowl, mix together the sea salt and black pepper. Rub the olive oil all over the steak, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of the steak. Let it sit while you prepare the garlic herb butter.

      Make Garlic Herb Butter: In another bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
