Ingredients

1 fully cooked ham (about 6-8 pounds)

1 cup apple butter

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the fully cooked ham on a large roasting pan, cut side down.

In a medium bowl, combine the apple butter, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and black pepper; mix until well blended.

Pour the apple cider or apple juice into the bottom of the roasting pan, which will add moisture while it cooks.

Reserve about 1/4 cup of the glaze mixture and brush the remaining glaze generously over the surface of the ham.

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.

Roast the ham in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until heated through (about 10-15 minutes per pound).

Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes of cooking and brush on the reserved glaze every 10 minutes, allowing it to caramelize and become sticky.

Once the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C), remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Slice the ham and arrange it on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for an aromatic touch.

                      Prep Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 2 hours 20 mins | Servings: 10-12

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the glazed ham slices on a beautiful platter surrounded by apple slices and sprigs of rosemary for a festive look.
