Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cup carrots, diced

1 onion, chopped

2 cups diced potatoes

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced carrots, sautéing for about 5 minutes until they are tender.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease if necessary.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef mixture with the green beans, diced potatoes, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving to set slightly.
