2-3 lbs turkey breast, boneless and skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a bit of heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Begin by patting the turkey breast dry with paper towels to ensure that the skin gets crispy.

    In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.

      Rub the spice mixture evenly over the turkey breast, ensuring every part is well-coated.

        Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Place the seasoned turkey breast in the air fryer basket, making sure there is space around it for proper air circulation.

            Cook the turkey breast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the exterior is golden and crispy.

              Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This will help retain the juices.

                Slice the turkey breast into thin pieces and serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
