1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salmon: In a bowl, combine the salmon cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the salmon evenly in the seasoning.

    Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

      Cook the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the salmon is cooked through and has a crispy exterior.
