Ingredients

8 egg roll wrappers

2 cups dill pickle chips, drained

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Optional: Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.

Take one egg roll wrapper and lay it flat on a clean surface.

Place 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Add a few dill pickle chips on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal the egg roll. Use a little bit of water on the edge to help it stick. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the rolled egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.

Lightly spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Once done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4 (2 egg rolls per serving)

                        - Serving Suggestions: Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side for dipping. For an extra touch, garnish with chopped fresh parsley on a serving platter.
