1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes prior to use)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor).

    Prepare Skewers: If using wooden skewers, ensure they have been soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece for even cooking.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Cook the Skewers: Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook them in batches depending on your air fryer size). Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. The chicken should be cooked through and golden brown.
