1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

2 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and vegetable oil. Add the thinly sliced beef and toss to coat well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Prepare the Coating: In a separate large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

      Coat the Beef: Remove the marinated beef from the refrigerator. Dredge each piece in the dry mixture, making sure to coat all sides evenly. Shake off any excess coating.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Air Fry the Beef: Arrange a single layer of coated beef slices in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

            Serve: Once all the beef is cooked, transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or over a bed of steamed rice.
