4 medium-sized russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Wash and Prepare the Potatoes: Scrub each potato under running water to remove any dirt. Dry them thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel.

    Poke the Potatoes: Using a fork, poke several holes around each potato. This helps steam escape while cooking and prevents them from bursting.
