3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Snowballs

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture forms a thick dough.

Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Once all the balls are formed, roll each one in the shredded coconut until completely coated. This will give them a lovely snowy appearance.

Place the coconut-covered peanut butter balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate the snowballs for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy your tasty treats!
