Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender flowers
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • 1 Prise Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
  • 1 Prise Lemon slices for garnish
  • 1 Prise Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, the honey, and the dried lavender flowers.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the honey is fully dissolved. Allow it to come to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and let steep for about 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender-infused syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove the lavender flowers, pressing to extract all the liquid.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the strained lavender syrup with the fresh lemon juice and 3 cups of sparkling water. Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired and additional water for a lighter taste.
  6. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes and top with the remaining sparkling water for an extra fizz.
  7. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh lavender and a slice of lemon for a beautiful presentation.
