Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Prise fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 Prise ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and coconut water. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large mixing bowl, discarding the pulp for a smoother texture.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with a splash of warm water until it becomes a smooth paste.
  4. Stir the honey and fresh lime juice into the watermelon juice until well mixed.
  5. Gently incorporate the matcha paste into the watermelon mixture, ensuring no clumps remain.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon matcha refresher over the ice.
  7. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
