Instructions

  1. Chill the Coke: Start by refrigerating the can of Coca-Cola for at least 30 minutes to ensure it’s cold and fizzy.
  2. Make the Fluffy Cream: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the Cream: Using a hand mixer, whip the cream on medium speed until it forms stiff peaks (about 3-5 minutes). Be careful not to overwhip, as it can turn grainy.
  4. Prepare the Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the drink cold.
  5. Pour the Coke: Slowly pour the chilled Coke over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full. Watch the fizz as it bubbles up!
  6. Add the Fluffy Topping: Gently spoon the whipped fluffy cream over the top of the Coke. Allow it to sit for a minute for the fluffy cream to settle.
