Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 count onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 count green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 count slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Prise Salt (optional)
  • 1 Prise pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Prise Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes, until they are soft and translucent.
  2. Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
  3. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat once everything is well mixed.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Evenly distribute the beef and vegetable mixture over the bottom halves of the sliders. Top with slices of provolone cheese, allowing some to overlap for melty goodness.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then cut into individual sliders. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
