Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Flavorful Game Day Treat
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 count onion, thinly sliced
- 1 count green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 count slider buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Prise Salt (optional)
- 1 Prise pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Prise Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes, until they are soft and translucent.
- Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat once everything is well mixed.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the beef and vegetable mixture over the bottom halves of the sliders. Top with slices of provolone cheese, allowing some to overlap for melty goodness.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then cut into individual sliders. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
