One-Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes Delight
Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 pieces medium-sized potatoes, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
- 1 Prise Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well-coated.
- Spread the potato mixture evenly on one side of a large, rimmed baking sheet.
- In the same bowl, add the chicken thighs and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken thighs, coating them evenly with the cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs on the other side of the baking sheet, next to the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the potatoes are golden and tender.
- For a crispy finish, switch the oven to broil for the last 3-5 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
